Hi, I’m Luciano — and I Started YBR Because I Believe Building Should Be Done Right.
I’ve been working in construction for nearly a decade, and in that time I’ve seen first-hand what separates a job that’s just finished from a job that’s genuinely well done. It comes down to care — care for the craft, care for the customer’s home, and care for getting the details right.
I started YBR Construction because I wanted to build a company that reflects those values. One where the person who comes to give your quote is the same person who takes responsibility for the finished result. Where you get straight answers, realistic timescales, and a team that treats your home with the same respect they’d want for their own.
Based in Milton Keynes, we work with homeowners across Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire — on everything from kitchen refits and bathroom renovations to full extensions and groundwork projects.

You Get a Clear Quote
We’ll follow up with a written quote that breaks everything down, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for. If anything needs clarifying, just ask — we’re always happy to explain.

We Get to Work
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll agree a start date and keep you in the loop throughout. If anything comes up during the build, we’ll tell you straight away — no surprises at the end.

We Leave It Tidy
When the job’s done, we clear up fully before we leave. Your home should feel better when we go than it did when we arrived — that’s the standard we hold ourselves to.
